Established in 2012 we have focused on new build projects. Having previously developed our own small developments, we know what catches the eye of the end user and ensures fast sales - pretty essential for any property development company.

From many years carrying out residential refurbishments and new builds we have always had a keen eye for detail and achieve that high standard of finish. We have previously worked on a number of properties which have achieved sales above and around the £1m mark.
