The Bell Inn, Congresbury
Site of the former Bell Inn is now in the process of development of ten new build houses. The scheme consists of 4 three bed houses (two detached and two semi-detached) and 6 four beds houses (two rows of three terraced houses).
January 2013 - Site Clearance
Site clearance began in the third week of January 2013. The vast amount of sub-soil removal was made a little easier with Plantforce's 30 tonne digger.
Late January 2013 - Heavy snowfalls arriving pretty much the same day as the piling material.
1 August 2013 - Plots 4, 5 & 6 loaded out and ready to go
